Anti-Spam Policy

Lets101 encourages you to use its service as long as you abide by the Lets101 Terms of Service and Lets101's prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities. The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and Lets101's Spam Policy:

Violations of our Terms of Service or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Lets101 ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, call Id, photos, and profile. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through Lets101 computer systems. Lets101 does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.

NOTICE: Telemarketers and alike are strongly cautioned against using the service to make unsolicited phone calls to the members. Violations will be treated with the same seriousness as violations of "do not call registry". In addition it will immediately result in violation of Lets101's Terms of Service.
