they're hiding? They all require PhD's? You live on top of a mountain? no seriously though, what's goin on with the job? I know it's frickin hard around here to get a job too. I just got one and the other 2 FNG's that got hired with me have degrees. The job doesn't require it but it's like if you don't have a degree, you're probably not getting much of a job. And one of em has a master's degree!!

so what's the deal with the job thing. Is it hard to motivate yourself to get out there and get one? Or are the one's out there too hard to get?
